No fatigue or soreness, even with little sleep. With MaxGXL, even when I get only a few hours of sleep at night, the next day I am alert and ready to start the day. Amazing endurance and muscle recovery. This product has been truly amazing in my training for my 10th marathon. I can run 18 miles and the following day I truly have no muscle fatigue or soreness.
